The Wales Technology Awards, powered by ESTnet champion the outstanding achievements and innovations made by Wales’ 3,000 technology companies.

The Sir Michael Moritz Tech Start-up Award recognises those who have achieved success in a short space of time and have the potential to grow and thrive in the near future. The award is open to any company within the software, electronic and technology sectors in Wales whose business started after 1 January 2016.

Last year, we were privileged to win the Sir Michael Moritz Tech Start-Up Award, acknowledging our achievements and growth as a young start-up. Winning this prestigious award was an important validation of our progress to date and it meant a great deal to be recognised.

The award greatly boosted Wealthify’s profile as a young and dynamic Wales-based FinTech start-up and allowed us to progress with confidence and attract and recruit top talent.

Since receiving the award, we’ve continued our rapid growth trajectory and in February 2018 we entered into a strategic partnership with Aviva, the UK’s largest insurance provider and a global financial services company.
