Social Enterprise Conference 2018

Social enterprise is about creating positive social change, be it improving people’s life chances, supporting communities or helping the environment. Social enterprises are very like a normal business - they must make a profit but it’s what they do with their profits that sets them apart by either reinvesting or donating them towards a social action.

Social enterprises exist in nearly every sector, there are over 80,000 social enterprises throughout the country contributing £24 billion to the economy and employing nearly a million people.

The Social Enterprise Conference aims to inform, inspire and celebrate.
