Jamie Roberts:

Jamie is Grant Thornton’s Corporate Finance Director for Wales. Over the course of more than 15 years he has advised a wide range of mid-market business owners and management teams in growing the value of their businesses via strategic advice, corporate disposals, acquisitions, MBOs, and fundraising. He has led assignments across a range of sectors involving businesses at various stages of the business life cycle and is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Lean/Six Sigma practitioner by training.

Victoria Wood:

Victoria has over 14 years’ talent management expertise within the technology industry; supporting a cross-section of businesses at times of inception, growth and streamlining. Victoria is CIPD certified and ILM accredited, complimented by a postgraduate certificate in sustainable leadership, and a recently certified employer brand consultant. Having applied her extensive knowledge to start-ups, SMEs, corporate entities and public sector bodies, Victoria’s strength lies in complex talent analysis and simple solution execution and communication.
