Based on feedback from delegates at previous events, the focus will be on financial management and cover a range of topics, starting with a brief overview of business finance for small and growing businesses. The next presentation will cover sales forecasting, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales targets. Then there will be a talk on how to get ahead through sound financial management before the presentations are brought to a close with some case studies from the local area on management of running costs done right. 

Light refreshments and a chance to network with other delegates are included.
