Amazon Academy Wales

Welcome to the Amazon Academy Wales

Following the success of the Amazon Academy events throughout the UK in 2017 and 2018, the Amazon Academy is coming to the Celtic Manor Resort in Wales. The Amazon Academy will provide free advice and practical support to help SMEs from across Wales succeed in the digital economy. The event is open to businesses of all sizes and is being run in conjunction with Enterprise Nation, Department for International Trade Be the Spark Wales, Be the Business and Business Wales.

As a small business owner (or someone thinking of starting your own business), you will be able to learn how to use the power of the internet and technology to grow your company, boost export sales and improve the customer experience. SMEs ranging from e-commerce businesses, web developers and new startups will be in attendance to hear from a range of speakers who will provide ‘how to’ advice and insights, as well as discussing some of the broader issues facing businesses today in Wales.

What happens on the day?

In the morning, you'll be able to find out how you can make the most of the digital opportunity as a small business, with insight from Amazon, Enterprise Nation and other independent experts and successful entrepreneurs.

Following a networking lunch, in the afternoon session attendees will be given practical advice on how to capitalise on Amazon’s global digital and physical products and services to boost your revenue, improve productivity, and reach customers globally.

Plus you can visit the exhibition area and get one to one business advice from independent business experts.
